1How do I book a pickup?
Choose your bag size, select your pickup date, fill in your details, and submit the form. You’ll receive a confirmation instantly.
2Do I need to be home for pickup?
No. Leave your laundry bag at your doorstep (or a safe spot) so our driver can collect it during the pickup window.
3What time do you pick up?
Our pickup window is 10 am – 12 pm. You don’t need to choose an exact time.
4When will my clothes be delivered back?
We deliver your laundry back within 24 hours — usually the next morning.
5What if I miss my pickup?
If your bag isn’t outside, we’ll try calling or texting you. If we still can’t collect it, you can rebook for another available day.
6What kind of bag should I put my clothes in?
Any clean, securely tied bag works (laundry bag, reusable bag, or sturdy plastic bag). Please avoid loose items.
7What areas do you service?
We service St Kilda and nearby suburbs. Enter your address in the booking form to confirm availability.
8Can I schedule pickups in advance?
Yes — you can book a pickup for any available date in the calendar (we take bookings up to 14 days ahead).
9How do I leave special instructions for the driver?
Use the notes field in the booking form for access instructions (gate code, buzzer, where the bag will be left, etc.).
1What if my laundry weighs more than the bag size I selected?
We weigh your bag after pickup. If it’s over your selected tier, we’ll send an SMS with a secure payment link for the extra kilos. We start washing after the extra payment is completed.
2How much does my laundry cost?
Standard Bag: $60 (up to 10kg)
Family Bag: $100 (up to 20kg)
3How much do extra kilos cost?
Extra kilos are charged at a simple flat rate per kg.
This will be clearly shown in your SMS if extra weight applies.
The Extra weight is 1 Kilo = $6
4When do I pay?
You pay the base amount at booking. If your bag is overweight, you’ll receive an SMS link to pay the extra before we begin washing.
5How do I pay?
All payments are made securely online. If extra kilos apply, we’ll send a secure payment link via SMS.
6Are there any hidden fees?
No. You only pay for the bag you selected and (if applicable) the extra kilo charge shown in your SMS.
7What happens if I don’t pay the overweight fee?
If extra kilos apply, payment is required before we begin washing. We’ll contact you via SMS to complete it.
1Do you separate whites and colours?
No — we don’t separate whites and colours. Whatever you give us in the bag is washed, dried, and folded together.
2What detergents do you use?
We use premium, fragrance-free and gentle detergents suitable for sensitive skin.
3Do you wash all items together or separately?
Your laundry is washed separately from other customers’ clothes. We never combine customer loads.
4Do you iron or steam clothes?
We do not offer ironing or steaming at the moment. We focus on fast, high-quality wash, dry & fold.
5Can I give towels, bedsheets, or mixed items?
Yes — we accept towels, bedsheets, clothes, and mixed items. For bulky loads (towels/sheets), we recommend the Family Bag ($100) as it’s ideal for bigger items.
6What if the bag weighs more than I selected?
No problem. We’ll weigh it and send you an SMS with a secure link to pay for the additional kilos before washing begins.
7Are stains guaranteed to come out?
We use standard stain-removal methods, but stain removal is not guaranteed. The sooner a stain is washed, the better the results.
8How are my clothes returned?
Your clothes are neatly folded, packed, and delivered back within 24 hours.
