Important Things to Know
What if my laundry is overweight?
If your laundry exceeds the selected bag limit, we’ll pause your order and send you an SMS with the final weight and excess charge. Excess laundry is charged at $6 per kg over the bag limit.
The SMS includes a secure payment link. We’ll only continue once payment is completed.
No surprises — we never charge extra without your approval.
Tip: If you think your laundry may be close to the limit, choosing the next bag size can avoid delays.
Do you separate colours and whites?
By default, we wash each bag as one load exactly as provided. All items placed in the bag are washed, dried, and folded together.
If you’d like items washed separately, please split them into different bags or leave a note during booking.
